Snack Proud Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing subscriptions and recurring payments for products offered by Snack Proud Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us").
1. Subscription Terms
1.1. Subscription Overview: Our subscriptions allow you to receive products on a regular and recurring basis as specified when you subscribe.
1.2. Subscription Setup: To start a subscription, you must create an account on our Shopify store and provide valid payment information.
1.3. Subscription Frequency: The subscription frequency is determined by the specific products. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. We offer a 10% discount to all subscription boxes.
2. Subscription Payments
2.1. Recurring Payments: By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments for the selected product based on the subscription frequency. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
2.2. Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription amount at the intervals specified.
2.3. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle starts on the date of your first subscription payment and continues based on the chosen subscription frequency.
2.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
2.5. Payment Failure: If a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to process the payment again. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.
3. Subscription Management
3.1. Modifying Subscription: You can modify or cancel your subscription through your account settings on our Shopify store anytime. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and you can manage your subscription from there.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
3.3. Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
4. Customer Responsibility
4.1. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment and contact information for your subscription.
4.2. Notification of Changes: Notify us promptly of any changes to your payment information or other details that may affect your subscription.
