The Jumbo healthy snack box is made up of a more affordable variety so it has slightly fewer protein bars than our premium team boxes but still a lot of interesting variety made by up and coming Australian snack brands. There are lots of gluten-free and vegan snacks included too.

Snack Proud is located in Sydney.

Standard delivery within the Sydney Metro area typically takes 2-4 days. Express delivery is 1-2 days.

For major metro cities in other states, delivery usually ranges from 2-5 days.

Rural areas (NT, WA, TAS) may experience delivery times between 7-15 days, varying by location.

Deliveries to New Zealand typically take 10-20 days, depending on the state and customs release.

We deliver nationally in Australia and can deliver to New Zealand too. 

What are the lead times for deliveries?

We are based in Sydney so delivery times vary by state. We typically dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving the order if the order is placed before midday. 

We have both express and standard delivery options available for you to choose from. 

The shipping calculator on check out should give you an ETA. 

Sydney - 1 to 2 days

Interstate Metro - 1 to 2 days

South Australia - 3 to 4 days

Perth - 7 to 10 days

Rural varies, please check the calculator for an estimate.

Can I pick a delivery date in the future?

If you need snack boxes for an event please get in touch as we can use specialist couriers who can more easily select a dedicated day. Email orders@snackproud.com.au or message us on Live Chat. 

How are your deliveries made?

For office deliveries, we have a dedicated driver who delivers Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Sydney. If your office is outside of Sydney we will use couriers and time the shipping so that your order is likely to arrive on your preferred date. If you have an urgent order in Sydney, you can message orders@snackproud.com.au.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fee varies by location. You will get a quote on checkout but it’s not expensive. 

If you are doing bulk care package or corporate gifting orders we can provide competitive flat rate pricing. Contact us email orders@snackproud.com.au for a quote.

Can you deliver to multiple home addresses?

Yes definitely, if you are ordering for your clients or teams, simply fill out the addresses on this spreadsheet and email it to orders@snackproud.com.au.

Can I track my own delivery?

Yes, if an email or more importantly a mobile number is provided tracking will be sent straight to you. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact orders@snackproud.com.au.
